  1. Siapkan bahan-bahannya..
  2. Campur tepung terigu + gula + ragi instan. aduk rata..
  3. Masukan susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni..
  4. Ketika adonan sudah setengah kalis, masukan garam + margarin. uleni kembali sampai benar-benar kalis..
  5. Setelah kalis, tutup wadah dengan kain dan diamkan selama 60 menit atau sampai mengembang 2 kali lipat..
  6. Setelah mengembang, kempeskan adonan dan uleni kembali sebentar saja. bagi adonan sesuai selera. saya bagi menjadi 8 bagian..
  7. Untuk burger bun bentuk bulat pipih, sedangkan untuk hotdog bun bentuk bulat lonjong. letakan di loyang yang sudah diolesi minyak. tutup dengan kain dan diamkan selama 30 menit..
  8. Olesi susu cair sambil memanaskan oven..
  9. Taburkan wijen..
  10. Panggang sampai atasnya berwarna kecoklatan..
  11. Setelah matang, dinginkan. masukan kedalam wadah kedap udara agar tidak kering..
  12. Rotinya empuk walau tanpa telur. rongganya pun lebih rapat. ga cukup makan satu :D.
  13. Untuk membuat burger, belah 2 roti, kemudian panggang sebentar di wajan teflon. isi sesuai selera..
  14. Untuk hotdog, belah tengahnya jangan sampai putus, panggang sebentar pada wajan teflon, kemudian isi dengan sosis dan sayuran sesuai selera. beri saus sambal dan mayonaise, mmmm…so yummm…..
